This review is not only for the product, but the company and their associates as well. First, I will start off with the product. Great purchase, wonderfully made, my mother absolutely adored it and my siblings jumped on the idea since our grandmother had a blanket gifted to her some years ago by her children which made it all the more special. It was a heartfelt gift and GiftsForYouNow delivered on quality and experience.
Now about the company and their associates. I found out on Mother's Day that my gift hadn't arrived on time even though I had bought it somewhat well in advance (10 days) and paid for the expedited shipping. I called them on Monday (the day after Mother's Day) and spoke with Erica. Immediately she reassured me they would take care of the extra cost of shipping, she told me to call Fedex and then call the company back when I had more info. After doing so I called back happened to get Erica again, and she had already reviewed my situation and had put in a new order free of charge! I had called back anticipating the annoyance of haggling and advocating for my position and was stopped completely in my tracks when she told me that she had already foreseen the issue and had taken care of it. I received a follow up email with the tracking number and they were diligent in handling my situation. I cannot express how incredible this experience was in the age of robots to not only speak with a person, but an individual who went above and beyond for their customer. Thank you GiftsForYouNow, thank you to your incredible team and customer driven policies. I have already recommended you to a range of people, but will continue to use you in the future. You have a customer for life.
