When I received my order, I realized that I made a mistake in the personalization. Of course, I went into panic mode since my order was to be shipped to my sisters for Christmas.
When I called, the super nice person that I talked to help calm me down and do a reorder.
Because of the date and many concerns about the postal service in the days before Christmas, I sent the order directly to each of my sisters.
